This is the first ever extensive dictionary of Netwar language (western Tanna, Republic of Vanuatu) published online. It is the fruit of several years of my work among the inhabitants of the island of Tanna. It contains translations of local expressions, pronunciation recordings and photographic documentation. Its purpose is to help in the preservation of the language and in passing it to the young generation.

- n tree (Glochidico namilo), species. Its hard wood is used for beams in construction of houses and to make fences for animals.
- n dance, belonging to the family of 'naléwa'. Danced only during the celebration of 'kamaru nuw'. At the end of the dance, the dancers make a movement like throwing a stone, by which, in a symbolic manner, they throw the 'kawar taha nuw' down to the villages on the seashore and thus they allow them to eat yams at the beginning of the harvest.
